Once Upon a Client
CapBridge is an online investment platform, headquartered in Singapore. It was founded in 2015 and backed by Singapore Exchange. CapBridge was approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Government of Singapore to operate both a primary capital raising platform utilizing a Capital Markets Securities License, and a private securities exchange – 1exchange with a Recognized Market Operator license. They approached us through a recommendation from our past client and they were looking for an Explainer Video to explain and promote their new online investment platform.Â
The Goal
CapBridge’s goal was to explain how their platform works, as well as to get more clients onboard their platform.Â
The Motivation
CapBridge had a great product that was new and unique to Asia. They were lacking promotional materials to market and explain their product. After discussing with them, we diagnosed that due to their complex platform, the sales and customer education process were lengthy and confusing. They were motivated to find a better way.Â
The Solution
After understanding their sales process, target audience and marketing channels, they needed a video to enhance the overall customer sales journey. We recommended them an Explainer Video. It was best suited for customers in the awareness stage, who were their primary target. It was also done in a motion graphics approach using stylistic lines and minimalistic icons to portray a feeling of professionalism and sophistication to their brand in order to be more appealing to their audience.
The Results
The Explainer video garnered attention and sign ups and they used the video for the upcoming Fintech Festival as well. Due to the video’s success, CapBridge subsequently approached us again in the following year to do an explainer video for their new platform, 1xchange which was also to be featured in Fintech Festival for that year.Â
