In order to create a video that will actually help you to reach your marketing and sales objectives, many steps are involved.
Before we start on the video, we have to first understand what your company stands for, look at your overarching marketing campaign, and perform our own research on your industry and competitors to understand how you can compete and stand out from them.
What if I need a video urgently?
Yes, it is possible. We are often tasked to complete videos within 1 month.
This would increase the cost and we only accept it on a case to case basis as it is our priority and value to ensure only quality work is delivered.
Please contact us to find out more.
What is the price of your animation videos?
The price of our animation video starts from $5,000 for a 60 seconds video, up to $15,000. It depends on the length and complexity of the animation video production.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, discounts can be given if multiple videos are needed. For multiple videos that are of a similar style, containing repeat assets, each subsequent video will have a 15% discount or more for bulk orders.
We also have a new service, GramDirect, where you direct the video, greatly reducing the cost involved which works as a great budget-friendly alternative.
The EDG grant is also available to help you get up to 70% reimbursement if you are a Singapore company. However, the project scope will be expanded, and it is better suited for a budget of 30k – 40k (of which up to 70% will be reimbursed by the Government).
Please contact us to find out more.
How does the feedback and revisions work?
The 3 main stages in creating videos are planning, production, and post-production. Once we have finished each of the steps, you will be given 2 rounds of revision. Do avoid sending us the changes 1 by 1, instead, compile a complete list of the changes you want us to do. This will help us focus and understand better and will benefit you. Naturally you can have as many revisions as you want, but that will increase the budget and timeline depending on those changes.
What if I want to make revisions?
Sometimes you have new ideas, concepts, or clarifications and you need to revise the concept.
No worries. Revisions are part and parcel of any projects. We are more than happy to help you with revisions and even provide you with a certain number of free revisions (usually 2 rounds) depending on the project size.
Once the free rounds of revisions are over, we continue to provide support to you starting at these base rates:
$50 for script changes
$200 for voiceover recording changes
$100 per scene change in storyboard
Starting from $100 per scene change in styleboard illustrations
Starting from $200 per scene change in animation
$100 per hour for video editing (cost estimated for you before doing)
$250 per hour for shooting (not including venue and actor fee)
If a change in the script affects the voiceover, storyboard, styleboard, and animation, all of these revisions costs will be added in. A scene happens between cuts & transitions. Revisions includes changing of tone / mood / pacing changes, graphics, animation, transitions, personal design preference, unclear or unspecific instructions, changes in brief, etc.
Each round of revision may take an additional 1-4 working days. To reduce the number of revision rounds, The Client should consolidate all revisions before sending to us. If The Client does not consolidate and send only a few lines of revisions, they have 24 hours to send the revisions that they want. New revisions after 24 hours will go towards the next round of revision as our designers have likely started the work already. For urgent or minor changes, we may still require a minimum of 2 working days to make the change, as we have other ongoing projects, unless express charges are paid for.
Kindly provide visual samples and examples of what you’re looking for to ensure greater mutual understanding.
Gram Pte Ltd reserves the rights to refuse to perform the changes or withhold services while any additional or alternative agreement is being negotiated. An additional invoice will have to be signed by The Client first before the changes are made or if the additional revision fee has not been paid. Additional revision fees have to be paid to us first before we begin on the revision.
How do we get started?
We will first meet with you and get to understand your requirements. Then we will send you a proposal and a contract.
For the payment, we require a 50% upfront payment for projects that’s $4,000 and above. For projects less than $4,000, we require a 75% upfront payment. The payment options are bank transfers, cheque, or Paypal if you’re from overseas. We accept bitcoin as well.
We offer a free non-obligatory consultation as well to help you get started faster.
Who owns the rights to the video?
You (our client) will have the full rights to the final video to use wherever you want.
The rights to the working files and assets, which requires Adobe software to open, belongs to us. Working files are not provided for free as they contain the secrets to our creative process.
Please contact us to find out more on purchasing our working files for your project.
What format is the video?
We can deliver in any kind of format you require. By default, it will be in Full HD (1920 x 1080) format with H264 compression. If you need any other video format, or if you are unsure, please let us know where and how you will be using it so we can advise you.
We can provide videos in other formats such as 4K, 60FPS, or unique dimensions as well if necessary.
