Once Upon a Client
Project OpenCerts was initiated by GovTech Singapore in cooperation with the OpenCerts Consortium, meant to help consolidate certificates so that it is easy to access and verify. One of our partners, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, approached us to work on this project.
The Goal
As OpenCerts was a new idea, the needed to explain and showcase their functionalities, and easily distribute it on multiple platforms.
The Motivation
OpenCerts had a good concept, but since it was still relatively new, not many people would know about it, much less know how to use its features. Therefore, they needed a video to explain their services and how to use them.
The Solution
After understanding their services, target audience and marketing channels, we recommended an Explainer Video. It was best suited for audience in the awareness stage, who were their primary target.Â
The Results
The final video included a simple explanation and demonstration of OpenCerts and its benefits. The video was to be played at the graduating ceremonies of multiple participating institutions.Â
