Once Upon a Client
Uber Technologies, Inc., commonly referred to as just ‘Uber’, is a company based in San Francisco that is well known for its vehicular transport for hire, as well as food delivery. The company’s influence also stretched all the way out to Singapore for a time. They found us through our website.
The Goal
Uber approached us to create multiple videos as a way to announce their collaboration with Comfortdelgro. This would also serve as a medium to educate their audience on their new features: UberFLASH, UberCOMMUTE and UberTAXI.
The Motivation
Uber had a lot of content that they want to educate their audiences on, for example, the many different new processes that the Comfort delgro drivers have to learn in order to use the Uberflash service. Additionally, they want the videos to be more engaging and easily understandable as compared to their competitors.
The Solution
After understanding the content that they had to deliver, we came to the conclusion that we should create a short, concise video for each feature, which would become parts of a 3-part onboarding video. This would allow the audience to understand what they needed to know about each feature without much cluttering of information.
The Results
The videos were well-received by the client and partner-drivers alike. The client in particular liked how we were able to consolidate the content into clear points for easy learning, as well as how we paid extra attention to detail.
